REFLECTIVE

Giving thoughtful consideration to learning and experience. Being able to assess and understand strengths and limitations in order to support learning and personal development.

It is always important to reflect on the work one has done because it shows you what you did wrong, good, and in general the things you can improve on. I am very reflective in my own personal work because then I know what areas of the IB criteria I can improve later for another assignment. I am not a person who believes in retakes, so I tend to move on to the next assignment. I am mostly reflective in the service I offer, because I always tend to go back to the details I performed when I do adoption counselings to families. It is good to reflect on that because I can improve and grow my knowledge, and communication skills.
