BALANCED

Understanding the importance of intellectual, physical and emotional balance to achieve personal well-being for oneself and others.

I am balanced when it comes to my personal life, working environment and school. I have to make sure that every category fits in its own spot in my daily schedule. School in an obligation, So I always wake up every morning from Monday to Friday to go to school. Some days where I get early release, I make sure to go to the gym right after that in order to not stress about later, and so I can do homework later in the day. Regular days, I go to the gym right after school for the same reason to not stress with homework, and chores at night.  I only work in the weekends including Friday after school, and on the weekends I do tend to do homework in the mid-day till night time. I have to make sure that I am stable with my physical well being and my emotional well being in order to balance my job, school, and personal hobbies.
